By applying to and participating in the Bailey Rae Studio Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

All applications are reviewed individually. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Bailey Rae Studio reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove affiliates at any time and for any reason.

Commission tiers are based on an affiliate’s cumulative lifetime qualifying sales tracked through the affiliate platform. Once an affiliate reaches a new tier, they will remain at that tier unless otherwise determined by Bailey Rae Studio.

Tier bonus gift cards are awarded one time upon first reaching each lifetime sales milestone. Each milestone bonus may only be earned once.

Bailey Rae Studio reserves the right to modify commission tiers, bonuses, incentives, or other program benefits at any time.

3. Commission Payments

Commission payments are made through the affiliate platform according to its payment schedule.

Commissions are paid only on completed, qualifying purchases.

Returned, refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission and may result in commission adjustments.

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their earnings.

4. Affiliate Discount Code

Each approved affiliate will receive a unique discount code that provides customers with 10% off eligible Bailey Rae Studio purchases or current Bailey Rae Studio affiliate promotions.

Affiliate discount codes:

May be shared through social media, blogs, email newsletters, websites, and other approved marketing channels.

May not be advertised as offering a larger discount than the one provided.

May not be submitted to coupon or deal websites without written permission from Bailey Rae Studio.

5. Brand Representation

Affiliates are expected to represent Bailey Rae Studio with honesty, kindness, and professionalism.

Affiliates agree to:

Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims.

Treat our community with respect.

Any unpaid commissions resulting from fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.
